It was certainly worth heading north of the border at half term! When Skye has clear blue skies there is nowhere better to be, with great climbing and brilliant views of the west coast and islands. Thanks to my Alaskan expedition mates for an excellent couple of days on the Cuillin! The image below is Neil on the first pitch of an epic 350m long route (up the face in the image to the right).
We must have enjoyed all the shivering and sore fingertips as we went back for more on the next day! (see images below)
